Hostinger Review:Great Uptime (100%), what about the features?
What is Hostinger?
It’s time we got an updated review of Hostingerto the top. After all, Hostinger has been a major hosting force in an Internet full of different hosting platforms.
If you haven’t heard of Hostinger before, you might be surprised to learn that it is, in fact, a sprawling web host. I’m serious: Hostinger has over 29 million users and affiliates in 178 countries.
It started in 2004, but from its small beginnings it has grown into a fantastic accommodation option.
In this review we will talk about it a lot, but to give you a quick answer, Hostingeris good. Not perfect, but overall cheap compared to what you get for your money.
Hostinger Review: The Cons
Okay, bad news first: what is Hostinger doing wrong?
Hostinger’s Plan d’hébergement partagé unique comes at a low cost, but you won’t get a ton of features out of it.
That’s not to say Hostinger overall, it lacks in the features department (it isn’t!) Just that the lowest price plan is bare.
As many of you may be interested in the cheapest plan, especially if you don’t have big needs, this is kind of a big downside.

Here’s another thing: I heard someone wasted some uptime using Hostinger. To be clear, this has not been my experience, but from a quick Google at least one reviewer has experienced some downtime.
Honestly, I don’t expect this to be a problem. This has not been a problem for me when using Hostinger as well as some Hostinger currently guarantees 99.9% uptime — the review may be out of date.
Other than that, Hostinger’s prices are good … as long as you are willing to pay for two years.
Yes, if you want to take advantage of their lower prices, you’re committing to a two-year commitment — something a lot of people (naturally) might not want to do.
One final note on pricing: There is a 30 day refund policy for your hosting package.

However, this 30 day policy does not extend to the domain names you purchase; for these, you will have 4 days to reimburse you.
I think this takes most of the Hostinger’s faults. The main points are a deceptive pricing structure and a weak entry level package.
The other concerns are more minor; the lesson here is to properly research the terms and conditions before settling.
Don’t be too discouraged!
There is also a lot of good news to look forward to.
Hostinger Review: The Pros
Now that we’re done with the bad news, what does Hostinger have to do with it?
Glad you asked, because the answer is: a lot.
First and foremost, as will soon become evident, is the price.
Hostinger has big “sales” (I suspect these may be semi-permanent prices rather than time-limited sales).

As for the two-year commitment — well, that sucks, but it’s still a good deal if you’ve been okay with settling for a long time. On that note, their 30-day refund policy is enough to determine whether or not you want to commit.

One of the best things about Hostinger is its user-friendliness. I mean, some people may even want a slightly more robust platform, but I found it to be a good mix of user control and easy user experience.

Generally, Hostinger has a lot to do, despite a few issues here and there.
Hostinger Review: Price
Now that our overall pros and cons are ruled out, let’s take a look at one of the biggest issues: the price.
At the time of this writing, Hostinger has a bountiful summer sale that cuts the cost by 80–34%, depending on your plan.
When I started writing this there was a 4 hour countdown to the end of the sale; arrived a day later, the sale is still there.
The next day? Still there.
Just in case that evaporates, here’s the breakdown of the regular price: $ 3.99 per month for their first tier, one-time shared hosting. Premium shared hosting, the second tier, costs $ 8.84 per month, and professional shared hosting, their highest tier, is $ 11.99 per month.
With the sale, the first level is $ 0.80 per month. Yes, that’s right: less than a dollar. Premium shared hosting receives $ 2.15 per month with the sale, and professional shared hosting receives $ 3.45 per month.
Why all the focus on sales? Believe it or not, it’s not to rub your face in what you just missed.
The fact that Hostinger has shown a willingness to lower its prices, which speaks volumes about the volumes, and this sale seems to have lasted for some time.
In fact, there is an entire page on their site called “Cheap Web Hosting” which is basically the Plans d’hébergement partagé I just described above — along with the selling prices — so those low prices might not go away any time soon.
Either way, if that sounds like a pretty basic pricing structure, you’d be right. These are the main options, but there are many more for a more personalized package.
We are mainly talking about shared hosting options in this article, but separate pricing also applies to virtual private server hosting (which has six tiers), cloud hosting (which has three tiers), to l WordPress hosting (which has three levels at the same time). prices as shared hosting options) and corporate hosting plans (which have three tiers).

Now that you’ve heard the all-important price tag, it’s time to figure out if the features on offer are worth it.

For the last level — for those with large business needs — you can get pretty much everything on offer from the previous level (easy site builders, unlimited bandwidth, unlimited disk space, unlimited sites) as well as free SSL certificate, daily backups, high level Optimized speeds for WordPress, special live support and twice the processing power.
The secondary features are largely similar to the Premium plans.

This all sounds great, but how do the tools work?
In my experience, they are quite solid. Granted, I haven’t used the shared hosting options, but the tools at work are basically the same (website builder, uptime guarantees, etc.).
They are solid and my main report is that I don’t have a lot of complaints.
Overall I applaud Hostinger’s feature set: it might not have everything, but it has a lot, but I would say mostly Premium and Business.
Shared hosting plans offer a satisfying amount of features prix.
If you want to be more serious about your hosting and switch to shared hosting that’s fine too … Hostinger will provide — just make sure you’re willing to cough up some extra cash.

Hostinger Review: Ease of Use and User Control
Ease of use and user-friendliness are in high demand these days, and for good reason: not everyone is an expert and you want to make managing your online presence as efficient as possible.
Fortunately, Hostinger does not fail to pile up. The moment you log in, you’re greeted with your hosting accounts and easy “manage” buttons, along with quick setup options, so you can get straight to work.
If you’re trying to get to the core of your features, it’s not too difficult: just click ‘manage’ as shown above, or head to the hosting tab and find the appropriate hosting account.
It’s usability: easy buttons, simple and streamlined layouts, intuitive categorization, etc.
I don’t think you would be too confused by your options: everything is largely self-explanatory and if you need help you can always ask.
As long as you go for Premium or Business, you are unlikely to run out of options to manage your hosting and site; while it is not theservice d’hébergement le plus simple to use, by itself, is about as simple as it gets without sacrificing functionality.
Hostinger Review: customer support
Part of what makes the service easy for customers to use is solid customer support. Hosting companies, because they usually make internet hosting accessible to a large number of people, should have strong customer support.
Hostinger not lacking here.
First, there is Hostingers documentation and educational resources. For example, their tutorial site, which has tutorials on a wide range of topics. Hostinger also has a knowledge base, which is quite common for Software as a Service options, but useful nonetheless.
Tutorials are more about helping you learn or improve your web skills to get the most out of your tools. The knowledge base helps you more with any questions you might have; FAQs, as well as unasked questions you still need to know.
Besides the on-site information that can help you immediately, there is the most important part of customer support: representatives who can answer your questions immediately.
I found Hostinger to be a little less accessible here. Many services have at least live chat or even email support options readily available upon entering the site, but I haven’t found anything like that onHostingerle site de.
You need to login to access live chat support. But once you log in, a little chat option will still be available in the lower right corner of the screen, so it’s pretty handy.
In my experience, the live chat is great. I asked a simple question (directly in one of their help articles) and got an answer before I could even take a screenshot of my question.
Hostinger Review: Security
Last but not least, how is the security? As we mentioned, Hostinger proudly states that they have a 99.9% uptime guarantee regardless of yourplan de tarification de l’hébergement partagé.
Obviously our uptime for August has been pretty good, with 100% uptime so far.
A bad month could still come, but based on the evidence I would say Hostinger is keeping its uptime promise.

Besides availability, backups are also important.
Your price plan affects the frequency of your backups: Forfaits personnels et Premium both get weekly backups, while corporate shared hosting plans get them daily.

It’s a pretty comprehensive set of shields that they have, and it’s not surprising. Hostinger has such a large user base that they are unlikely to be able to hold so much traffic and business without being secure enough.

Phew! What’s the verdict at the end of the day?
If you’ve read this far, you can probably guess that Hostinger is guilty … of being good.
I like Hostingerso much that… it hosts the site you are on right now! It was a pleasure to use Hostinger.
